Announcement of Price Increase from TE Connectivity:

Dear Valued Partner.
Despite implementing multiple productivity actions, we have been unable to offset the size and pace of unprecedented material and logistics cost increases. As a result: TE Connectivity (TE) will be implementing a price change across all regions effective July 5, 2021 for all authorized TE distributors.

The price changes will apply to all shipments as of July 5, 2021; including orders placed and acknowledged prior to July 5, 2021. Price files will be provided via separate communications no later than June 5. However, we wanted to provide earlier than normal advanced notification.

We appreciate your understanding and continued partnership during these challenging times. If you have any questions: please reach out to your local TE representative.

Regards:
Sean Miller VP of Global Sales Channel Business Unit TE Connectivity
